Hi I have a Lamb leg half which appears boneless(not fully defrosted yet). Its 2.5lbs @ $6 per lb. Not sure which part, but it has fat on 1 side, marbled meat on other and appears as a roast in the package. I’m looking for a recipe. As a note my wife is not a fan of lamb, so I’m looking to change her mind. Suggestions on side dishes(if lamb cooked alone) also appreciated. Thanks for the help.
Slow bake with pepper and garlic 300 degrees for 2 to 21/2 hours uncovered.
unroll spice and cook on grill almost as good as Tbone
