Hi fezan 84, the chilli flakes I used are standard dried chilli flakes, they are the same chilli flakes that could be put on a pizza etc. As always appreciate your comments. I hope the burger goes well. All the best Original Naked Chef

Very nice — looks like a great burger. That chili flake you used in the beginning, was it the same dried red chili flakes you’d put on pizza? Thanks again for the recipe, burger season is just starting and I plan to make many variations =P

Hi there,
The total cook time is around 10 mins for the burgers I have cooked. Mine were quite thick.
If they are a smaller size, then cook for slightly less. You can always give it a stab and look for the colour of the juices.

Looks absolutely fantastic – these videos are getting better and better!
I think the addition of parmesan is a great idea. Supposedly it’s a natural source of ‘umami’ flavouring (savouriness) – so it’ll make your burgers taste extra meaty.
Mouth is watering now!
