Unfortunately I have to agree with the disagreeable individuals below. I do prefer charcoal, I find it more challenging to cook with, I find the flavour better. I have cooked whole goose, chickens, legs of lamb and steaks/chicken breasts etc without fail….. I use a Weber Kettle, I’m not advertising for them, I’m sure that cheaper grills would work just as well for a time, but I like to buy something that will last a lifetime with care…..
