    My father in law makes the best BBQ ribs and even better stuff on the grill. I would like you to try how he does it and tell me how did you like it. What he does is, he doesn’t season it before he puts it on the grill he seasons like once or twice on the grill. He uses garlic powder, meat tenderizer, and lemon pepper. He sometimes uses liquid smoke. He says that the reason he keeps seasoning it is because while its grilling the flavor falls out. Oh when I first tried it I literally drooled.

    Before any of my fellow Texans suggest a lynch party, give Jack a break. He’s in Cali, and apparently, all Californians think that absolutely anything you cook outside is barbecue. It’s probably something they put in the drinking water that causes this delusion, but in Jack’s defense, he did post another video recognizing the difference between BBQ and grilling. Put those ribs in a smoke-box at about 230 and you’ll get oven tender and great smoked taste.

    Yes. Get rid of the membrane. I usually cut off the flap on the spareribs, too. Don’t throw it out, just bbq it separately and when it’s cooked then eat it while your cooking the ribs. I love to eat at the BBQ.
