		<description>&lt;b&gt;I think when I can ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; I think when I can afford a rib roast I&#039;ll grill it ! I have cooked many and I always,always let it sit on the counter for 2-3 hours until it comes to room temp.More tender outcome !!</description>

		<description>&lt;b&gt;I like to put the ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; I like to put the garlic cloves under the ribs before I tie them back on instead of cutting slits in the top but it&#039;s great like this too. It just saves time, its no better

I like to do the roast very rare and put slabs back on the grill directly over the coals just long enough to put grill marks on the meat for those who like it rare, a bit longer for Med and WD.</description>
