barbeque recipes for fillet migyon roast?

I want to barbeque a fillet roast, any suggestions would be great. THANK YOU.

Yes-indirect heat is best-use a drip pan underneath it (no heat on that side) Other side to medium-medium low. Brush with vegetable oil, salt and pepper. You could put some cloves of garlic in slits throughout if you like garlic. Roast until internal temp is 140 for rare-150 for medium.

Let it rest for 15-20 minutes and carve.

    You’re playing with fire!! That’s alot of money down the drain if it’s not perfect. But I would use indirect heat ( coals on the sides of the grill and not directly under the meat ). The main thing is to not overcook .
