only exception I have to make. is its not normally a safe practice to put the cooked meat back on the cutting board where the raw meat was sliced. Bacteria from the raw meat could be there and contaminate the cooked meat. I personally prefer the last combination one. Awesome job guys! I use a little hickory wood on my coals when I let it flavor as you did at the end.

@BarkingDog61 Actually, I had a cheesesteak IN Philadelphia and it wasn’t that great. The ones made here look far better. The bread alone in this video looks amazing compared to the soggy cheap bread I got in Philadelphia… but maybe Philadelphia has more than one cheesesteak place and I went to a crappy one?
