   BBQ Sauce:

   1 Cup Ketchup
   1 Tbs. Mustard
   3 Tbs. Worcestershire Sauce
   2 Tbs. Vinegar
   1 Tbs. Lemon Juice
   3 Tbs. Brown Sugar
   1/2 Tbs. Black Pepper

   Salt the chicken, pour this over it and bake.

   1. barbacue sauce
   2.heat up grill
   3.take out thawed chicken and put barbacue sauce on the side that goes on grill first
   4. put sauced side on grill. while on grill sauce up other side. wait 3-5 mins then flip.
   repeat a couple time until chicken looks yummy =)

   a mixtue of soy red wine and honey is good. also remember to oil the insides of the chicken . olive oil and herbs is good for this. helps keep it moist and adds flavour.

   What will help you make the best bbq actually has little to do with bbq. Brine your chicken first. Add .75 cups salt and 1 cup sugar to 1 gallon of water. Soak chicken for several hours and then do whatever voodoo in the way of bbq you think is best. Really… trust me.
