Grill some butternut squash and zucchini. First cut the slices and put them in a plastic bag in some oil before throwing them on the grill.

You can by some "camp mix" seasoning. It’s basically a mix of many seasonings with a main content of salt. It’s really delicious if you put a little bit on the veggies before you eat them.

cut up carrots, onions and potatos. put in tin foil with a little water, butter, and half a pack of lipton onion soup mix. close the foil and put on the top rack of the grill. it will take a bit to cook, so start them a while before u put ur meat on. make sure u stir them around every few min and reclose the foil. i’ve never timed it, but i’d say they are done in about 30-45 min. just check them periodically. best veggies i’ve every had.

Wrap some fish with lemon or better lime slices and juice, coriander, lemongrass, garlic and ginger loose in buttered aluminium and let it grill just for one side for about ten to fifteen min. If you get a whole fish tuck the stuff inside.

You can do the same Provencial, Mediterranean or what ever the mood is like by changing the flavours for example to olives, tomatoes and oregano.

I’d have several varieties of meet (chicken, pork & beef) but don’t leave out some baco (vegeterian) variety. I’d also have on hand maybe a few pasta dishes. Baked beans are a nice barbeque favor you can make these in bulk. Have a nice cheese and cracker tray (you can add sliced pepperoin to this tray) or a vegetable tray. Chips and dips are always a bbq favor. You can have Salsas, home made onion dip, Spinach and artichoke dips. the list could go on and on.
