Oh I see. Yeah, I had a little cousin who hated herbs. She told me it was like she was eating the forest/a garden.

Made this recipe a ...
Made this recipe a few hours ago for dinner, served it with garlic mashed potatoes and a nice burgundy wine. Fabulous recipe, I wanted to drown in that jus, I absolutely loved the flavor, wonderful balance of acidity and salt with a very fragrant bouquet of herbs.

@expatbritingermany ...
@expatbritingermany You are correct. He says "Childs" over and over again not referring to the possessive. He makes MANY mistakes about Child.The title should be "Jeremiah Tower's Roast Chicken", but it would not get so many hits. Child and Tower never cooked this together. It was Tower's recipie that he cooked on a show that Child hosted, but did no cooking on and the two never appeared on camera together. Chef George wants hits so he pulled a Julie Powell and used Child's name to get them.

@ShamusMacGuffin - ...
@ShamusMacGuffin - hmmm, sounds like a really good combination. I'm going to try that! (I also love mashed potatoes with parsnip and cheddar cheese, but I'm not sure if that would go with this chicken recipe!)
