   Mix together some runny honey, orange juice, garlic, soy sauce and tomato ketchup.

   1. Soy, Honey, Ginger & a tiny bit of chinese 5 spice,

   2. Olive Oil, Lime juice, ginger, garlic, & corriander (cilantro for the Yanks!!!) and a bit of cracked pepper and sugar.

   3. Sweet Chilli Sauce, lime juice, garlic & corriander

   4. Hoi-sin sauce and splash sweet sherry

   5. BBQ sauce & bourbon

   *3 Dessert Spoons of Tomato Sauce
   *3 Dessert Spoons of BBQ Sauce
   *1 Dessert Spoon of Worcestershire Sauce
   *1/2 Teaspoon of Dry, Crushed Garlic
