Great Video, I saw the write up on serious eats. Reading the stupid folks comments I think they are jealous. I have been making cooking videos here on You Tube & have over 600 up on my channel. I make mainly cajun, BBQ & southern cooking videos. I make em cause I enjoy cooking post at cooking forums so others can learn the recipes. I type slow with 2 fingers so making the vid’s is easyer for me.
I too had negitive comment from folks that don’t have the guts to get in front of a camera.
