Garden fresh Potato Salad
This recipe is fresh from the garden and absolutely delicious. This is the potato salad that makes a bbq perfect.
Ingredients:
3 cups taters
4 eggs
1/2 cup dill pickles
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup celery
3/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup mustard
4 drops tobasco
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
pickle juice to thin

Looks yummy, Ray, thanks for the video. I will have to try it soon! I like your way of doing potatoe salad, it looks more loose and green compared to the mushy kind we make here down south. Also, about how many months did u leave your potatoes in the ground? Mine came out too small from the bucket ones, waiting to dig the ones in the ground yet.
