I’m detoxing my garden snails for a barbeque at the weekend?

They’re on a diet of lettuce for 5 days, then I’ll starve the blighters before sticking them on skewers,
but I was wondering……
How do you like yours?
With garlic butter, or bubbling with salt ?

Why are you detoxing them? Are you afraid their tolerances are really high, so they’ll hog all the beer at you party? Just make sure they don’t drive drunk….

    I like stuffing them up the pigs behind and spit roasting the pig whole with them inside it!!
