Leg of lamb medium, salt, chili powder, cumin seed, whole black paper all each 1Tea spoon. Black cardamom 2-3, cinnamon stick 2-3, nutmeg 1/2 , tamarind 4-5 seeds, cloves 5-6, tomatoes 2md, yogurt ¾ cup. Add every thing with 3/4th cup of water and pressure it. After opening it cook it till the water is dry. Set it in your baking tray sprinkle some sesame seeds and back it on high heat just for a short while.
